that a co-worker of mine has died. Ten days ago he had a massive stroke, and now he is gone. I still can't believe that he is no longer with us. I couldn't help but cry for his family, they are devastated.
He was ONLY 57 years young, and he had a heart of GOLD RIP Warren

Thank you all so much for your support. I think I just expected him to SNAP out of it, like he was playing a practical joke on all of us. I then tell myself that he was just a coworker...why am I so upset about this??
I suppose it just means to me, that one day you could appear as healthy as everyone else and then, POOF...you could be GONE!!!! Just like that....he's gone

Everytime I go to lay down and try and get it out of my HEAD, I start to cry again. I've already tried 4 times tonight.....
