really ,i wished they did work,cause when i called in sick i really wasnt but when i am i have to work.

Don't quote me on this but here are a few 'facts' for prevention of and treatment of colds/flu. First; don't eat a lot of sugar, as this weakens the immune system Second; get as much sun as you can, or your vitamin D levels will deplete. Third; [and this one is slightly questionable, plus I haven't tried it]. Once you already have a cold, put some drops of hydrogen peroxide in your ear canal for a few minutes and it's alleged to cure cold/flu.
