Dang commercials cold medicine ad I watched made it look like you could be close to death with the flu. But... just one dose of this and you're feeling awesome warm and cozy again. Oh sorry... I forgot. If it's on TV, it must be true.

Sorry to hear of your cold. Your not alone. Its like the fastfood comercials, my burger never looks as big or tasty!

Don't quote me on this but here are a few 'facts' for prevention of and treatment of colds/flu. First; don't eat a lot of sugar, as this weakens the immune system Second; get as much sun as you can, or your vitamin D levels will deplete. Third; [and this one is slightly questionable, plus I haven't tried it]. Once you already have a cold, put some drops of hydrogen peroxide in your ear canal for a few minutes and it's alleged to cure cold/flu.

I love that one Vick's commercial where the son says "We need to vaporize you!". Hey, good old fashioned Jewish Penicillin (a/k/a chicken soup), really does help!!! Feel better, silly Jilly Bean!!!
