inner cities where crime is really bad...i would like to see declaring marshal law in that city...call it what you will but its the governments responsibility to protect its people,rather state,city,or fed. it would save alot of lives cause people will realize what the consequences would be if the city starts up its crime rate again.jmo It would require more tax monies to pay for more police officers. The people in the inner cities need a better education. Education is the only way to pull oneself out of that situation. That requires more tax monies.
