If it is the proper vitamin, yes both sex's & all ages over 12 can take the same vitamin.
Only health challenges would make a difference.

all patients, the taking of GOOD QUALITY nutritional supplements & vitamins; as our food as sold today does not provide what our bodies need.

I don't see why not. A long time ago, I was at a bar and developed a really bad headache. Didn't have any aspirin, but the bartender reached in her purse and gave me a Midol. It worked pretty well and I was also less cranky and irritable.

well if you want good absorption

you should contact your friendly amway distributor

they have the most efficient absorption rate of any vitamin manufacturer

and no i am not a distributor

at least not unless i get lots of emails wanting vitamins then i may become one lol
