Why do married people get on here and create a profile? I think it's degrading to them and there better half...If it's a couple doing it then that's them making a decision together, but married...

I have to disagree, at least for the married people I've met on here. They plainly state in their profile that they aren't looking for anyone and that they are just here for friends and the forums. They are great people. I think you would feel the same way once you got to know them

Well there are married people on here that say they're separated and don't plan to get no divorce. People lie but they know they can't get in touch or write people that have no married men/women on there profile.

Never to early to start looking if you think thing's are not going to work out!!!!!!!!! I do know people who have divorced just to meet someone on a date site!!!!!!!

Why lie is my question... On the page it clearly states that a guy is single, however when you meet him he drops the bomb and says he is married. What the FUDGE!

some of my best friends on here are married or taken... and i can speak for the men that are my friends on here that are married i have high regards and respect for them.... or they wouldnt be married and be my friend lol! a friend is a friend ant that is that..... if they wanted more they would not be my friend on here..and goes for me too if they cant accept that im dating someone or have a bf..... and respect my partner also they dont need to be my friend...

I take exception to your post, and quite frankly, your harsh judgment of those who are married on this site.

Obviously, if one is married and lies about it, thus deceiving and hurting another, that is a different ball of wax.

However, those who are forthcoming about their marital status and what they seek or do not seek on this site warrant my respect.

Two very fine people on my friends list here are married, and I find them anything but degrading to themselves or their supposed better half.

There are some amazing *PEOPLE* on this site who just happen to be married - so what?

I just choose to look at the "person" first vs. their marital status. Who am I...or you...to judge another's life over the internet?

I say, "ease up", you may just make a great friend(s) here...married or not.
