If men take good care of themselves over the years seems they don't need the little blue pill. I like blue, but prefer guys without pills. Hey MusicChic, keep up the good work on losing weight, if you ever need a pep talk let me know. I went from a size 22 to size 12. After all the sh__ I went thru with my live in, I gained major weight. When finally reach my goal, I looked in the mirror and said welcome back TW. I have maintained it for 8 months now. I have more energy and enjoy staying active now. I am back to my old self. |
