Today it was reported that Congress was going to meet with the head of the Hookers Union.
The Hookers are concerned, because they have lowered their price as far as they can, and Johns are down 40% since November 2007.
They have also complained that their Pimps are driving Honda Civics, and they are shopping at Wal-Mart.
They are asking for 10 Billion of the 700 Billion.
They will pay it back in Sexual Favors. Government Employees will get a 62% discount until the loan is paid off.
An announcement will be made after the meeting today.
The Public will not be able to listen to the meeting.
