Did you set you preferences in the "search" section? You can change the distance and the age there

Hi and Welcome, now to your question. You will still get some Mutual Matches that outside of your distance and age settings. Those are some of the ones that click that they want to Mutual Match with you. So you always get a couple that are outside your settings.

I believe it uses the "Age Range" and distance that you select in the "Search". Check those out in Search and then try Mutual Match.

I noticed that some men out of my "range" for age and distance perv my profile and hit "meet me" anyway and show up on my mutual match interests. But, like drugs, I just say "no"!!!

the settings don't mean a thing..if someone is interested in you. they're allowed to contact you..even if they are a 15 hour drive away..then again it may be worth it..my ex-girlfriend of 4½ years lived 12 hours away, she moved in 2 months and it was great..until she left..

You can't fix it. You're stuck with it for life, like luggage.

I thought the mutual match was based on if the member was saying they want to match with you so I dont think there is a whole lot that you can do to reconfigure it. If you match back with them in return then I think you can add them to your profile as Mutual Matches. I could be off on that but I was under that impression when I first joined this site. I honestly dont even look at that feature anymore in most cases.
