Mix 1lb pack of sausage(mild or hot), 2 cups of shredded cheese, maybe 1 & half cups of Bisquick baking mix(too much BQ mix & they will turn out too bready), (extra spices if you like) softly knead into a sticky dough & roll into small balls about the size of a golf ball. Lightly bake (300* in oven) for about 10~15 mins but not til brown on bottoms. Let cool on paper towels & store in airtight container (not that they will last that long anyway, LOL! TOO YUMMY!) Perfect warm with a cold glass of milk, OJ or coffee for breakfast!

That would be perfect for our holiday dinner.I am hosting this year and we are doing a buffet style dinner. I could definitely make those for our table.

Awe..I am sorry to hear about your grandmom, mine has passed as well. Even though its been a few years, holidays just feel strange without her.

Someone told me about MAYFIELD "SNOWCREAM" in the freezer section & told me I had to try it. It tasted just like the Snowcream my Grandma would make for us when i was little in the wintertime. I called the company & cried over the phone to a customer service rep with many heartfelt thanks for a special precious memory restored!
