Try doing some things just for you, celebrate a you day! Okay so its cheesy but I think it sounds fun, to be a little selfish sometimes is good

Everyone is a little insecure about themselves...They can't help it. But the only way people will like you is if you like yourself [So I have been told ]

everyone is insecure about themself in one way or another, and if you aren't you're probably a self absorbed ass hole. when you fall in love with someone it's those little imperfections that make you perfect. so don't beat yourself up over them. you just haven't found someone that appreciates you enough.

Remember any flaw you see in yourself is nulled by the great things you don't notice about yourself!

What people don't realize is just because you notice that wrinkle or that freckle or that small pimple doesn't mean EVERYONE is going to notice it! They will however notice if you are confident in the fact that you are a good person and you know it, then once they see that no matter what flaw you have they will know it is just like a diamond the flaws make it more valuable!

you are a beautiful woman and it isn't you it has to do with the people we choose to have around us and it is to bad that most people never realize how wonderful the person is that we are with or seeing and most people believe they can do better some where else me on the other hand I seem to find all the wrong women that are selfish and only care about themselfs we can only be who we are and hope someone will actually love us for who we are so do not put yourself down sooner or later we will have the person in are lives we deserve so keep that beautiful smile and enjoy your kids and your grand baby you are a lucky woman so enjoy every minute of your life since we do not know what the lord has for us tomorrow.

Relax, stop thinking so much and just have fun. I know it's alot easier said than done, but try, try, try to do it for you.

Ya just gotta figure out that sometimes you just have to smile and not care occasionally and the security/insecurity will become irrelevant.

We all have insecurity issues, what funny is other people really don't care about that, most are too busy with themselves.

i read through every reply on here and not one person stopped to say "i have no idea. i'm not a doctor."

strange how that works.

how should we know whats going on in your mental health? i mean do you mean naturally insecure? because thats everyone. or like serverely insecure to the point of pushing people away? i mean shouldn't you be asking a health care professional this?
