Ive been really worn out lately too.....my patients are getting alot harder to do.....and lack of sleep and lack of eating most of the time...I feel like I am 80 years old sometimes....

Dear diary.......my dad pissssssssssssed me off again today. I went out and bought anti freeze. Of course he doesnt "think" I need any even though its -40 fuuuuuuukcing degrees out with the wind chill factor. He thinks Im stupid and doesnt know what Im talking about!!!! Like, when I say I need new brakes.....he says "You dont need new brakes" that car is only 1 1/2 yrs old blablablablaaaaaaaaaaah!!!! Wellllllllllll why are they squeeking you dumbazzzzzzzzzzzz????

I'm on my way to detroit in the tail of the blizzard. I stopped to get coffee. The snow quit. They plowed. Its drifting. The roads are ice. The windchill is - 17 below. But I can drive slow on it because there is no traffic. I get to madison I will be able to shower, do laundry, get fuel, do paperwork, and get some rest. Then mozey my way through chicago which is a nightmare right now.
