It usually takes a short while when a new video is uploaded, but as soon as it becomes available, I would highly suggest watching it in High Quality (there is an option to click on the lower right corner of the video screen on You Tube -- it makes for much better clarity, as You Tube has a tendency to "bleed" a little).
