could you go without food? I've gone 2 weeks without food...lots and lots of water though

2 weeks is about the limit. It will do very odd things to your metabolism though when you come off of it.

could you go without food? I've gone 2 weeks without food...lots and lots of water though On purpose? Or were you stuck somewhere where there was no food? That is kind of unhealthy.  I have gone like maybe 4 days because of illness like the flu... but 2 weeks is quite a stretch... |

3 days smurfing, but that was it. We almosted passed out. Whew, just the thought of it...

I've gone about 3 days b4 sometimes I forget to eat..Not a big appetite..and do to a lot a nausea..but would nevergo more then 4..unless I had to...
|

Ive gone 10 days without a "real" meal. That was military related and I lost like 3lbs of muscle mass, it was awful to say the least. Cut off without eating at all? I might make it 1 day if I have the option to eat.

Ive gone 10 days without a "real" meal. That was military related and I lost like 3lbs of muscle mass, it was awful to say the least. Cut off without eating at all? I might make it 1 day if I have the option to eat. *EDIT* Typos I lost 26 pounds. It was difficult, but well worth it. Not for the weight loss, but for the closeness to God. |
