One who believes all responsibilities should be shared in a household?

or

One who still believes in the traditional roles of a man and woman?
(for example: Man cuts the grass - Woman does the laundry)

I agree.....but I do still sort of like the traditional ways a man can show a woman respect and love. Like opening doors, cleaning off her car in the morning, pulling out her chair etc.
Some of those things have gotten lost in the race for equality.

And btw......thank you for posting. I seem to have become a pariah here lately. Not sure exactly why.....lol.

sharing responsibilities is best. Me and my last girlfriend would cook meals together. Great way to spend time together.

I never understood why a woman would not want that kind of behavior from a man. I think it makes me feel special.

Yep, it is indeed. That allows time for a little touchy feely by the counter too, can't go wrong with that!!

No way! You are anything BUT a pariah, H! We love you!

And to address the OP...sharing is nice, but if a couple falls into some of the traditional roles and they are comfy with it, that's great too!

Share Please. I dont mind using the string trimmer in the yard to help. And I dont expect my guy to really scrub the toilet, or run the sweeper. But maybe wipe up that tooth paste he spit in the sink after hes done. Or walk his dirty dish to the sink instead of leaving it on the counter. And how can he be opening doors for me when he is walking beside me with his hand holding mine or his hand on my back, showing the world we are together? My arms are not broken. laugh

Keep trying........someone out there will get just how much you can bring to their lives. I think plenty of women would appreciate a man that tries to make them feel loved by doing those small considerate things.

I think things should be shared and not in the traditional way, you get to know your plus and minus and adjust to each qualities and availability.
