Yes. He did. He did lots of things he shouldn't have. He's also an azzhole on top of everything else.

you mean besides trying to sell the senate seat to the highest bidder? Besides forcing companies to contribute more campagin funds before they could get approvals that they needed or gov grants they needed. Or how bout when he was trying to bully a non for profit organization put him AND his wife on the payroll before they could get the funding they needed? To the tune of $350,000 a year between the 2 of them.
Or how bout when he tried to force out editors of a newspaper because they were printing negative things about him? If they didn't get fired than they wouldn't receive his approval on some other business deal ( I don't remember which one, there's been so many)
