I'm sorry about your friend, but I'm pretty sure there was something wrong with him with or without THC.

Different people have different brain chemisty, and there is no black and white rule for each of us. You may or may not have noticed that I have not criticized your use of the drug in any way. The main reason, simply put, is that you haven't expressed in any way that it has caused a problem for you. I have, however, met people who become complete buffoons after eating chocolate, of all things. And time after time, they continue to eat chocolate, and time after time, it gets them in trouble. I sh!t you not.

Sweety, I do NOT do any drugs. I smoke camel wide lights, about it there.

So what is Nicotine??

And Caffeine??

Caffine does nothing for me. I drink caffine free soda, and lemonade. You trying to call me out on something? I've been defending pot smokers, ya dillweed.

And Nicotine does nothing for me either. I could quit smoking today if I wanted to, but I like smoking.

Nicotine is an alkaloid found in the nightshade family of plants (Solanaceae) which constitutes approximately 0.6–3.0% of dry weight of tobacco,[1][2] with biosynthesis taking place in the roots, and accumulating in the leaves. It functions as an antiherbivore chemical with particular specificity to insects; therefore nicotine was widely used as an insecticide in the past, and currently nicotine analogs such as imidacloprid continue to be widely used.

Caffeine is a bitter, white crystalline xanthine alkaloid that acts as a psychoactive stimulant drug and a mild diuretic[3]. Caffeine was discovered by a German chemist, Friedrich Ferdinand Runge, in 1819. He coined the term "kaffein", a chemical compound in coffee, which in English became caffeine.[4] Caffeine is also called guaranine when found in guarana, mateine when found in mate, and theine when found in tea; all of these names are synonyms for the same chemical compound.

Caffeine is found in varying quantities in the beans, leaves, and fruit of some plants, where it acts as a natural pesticide that paralyzes and kills certain insects feeding on the plants. It is most commonly consumed by humans in infusions extracted from the cherries of the coffee plant and the leaves of the tea bush, as well as from various foods and drinks containing products derived from the kola nut. Other sources include yerba mate, guarana berries, and the Yaupon Holly.

In humans, caffeine is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant, having the effect of temporarily warding off drowsiness and restoring alertness. Beverages containing caffeine, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and energy drinks enjoy great popularity. Caffeine is the world's most widely consumed psychoactive substance, but unlike many other psychoactive substances it is legal and unregulated in nearly all jurisdictions. In North America, 90% of adults consume caffeine daily.[5] The U.S. Food and Drug Administration lists caffeine as a "Multiple Purpose Generally Recognized as Safe Food Substance".[6]
