Dear D, I'm such a dummy. I never thought about my shawshank redemption against my boss. I keep getting cut back on pay. Oh baby. I'm filing unemployment insurance on him tomorrow. One of our other employees did and got partial benefits. I'm next! And trust me- my boss will be angry about it. Oh well. That's the point. All just phase one of my shawshank.

Phase one is to get what I can out of him and take care of loose ends. Phase two is get what I want and walk out on him anyway. Phase 3 is all the records sent to appropriate authorities. Burn!
