I am as old as dirt. But I feel like young dirt( you have to be kidding).  Some dirt, fortified with fertilizer is better than regular dirt

My best friend told me that there was only two other things that are associated with my birthday.........dinosaurs....and dirt... Did you tell your best friend that he/she is also associated with you?

When I clicked the 50 and over group, I suddenly felt my age. I started imagining using a walker, and swigging geritole by the gallons. I don't feel 50, but my birth certificate begs to differ. I'm curious. Did you feel that way because of the 'title' or because of the 'content'?

Your only as old as you feel. To me its like a breath of fresh Air... sit back and relax and let your age never worry you  You are right, I feel like a 30 year old. In fact I'm going to another forum to meet one.  |

I am 58,as of yesterday. Frequently out work 40 yr olds, doing yard work, cutting down trees, just doing hard physical work. Kids ask me how I do it, I just say: "It is how I live."
I take no drugs; do take special supplements; blood work is great, heart is sound, younger siblings have been warned of diabetes (not me) & don't need any "special pills" to enjoy life. Age is in your mind & how you treat your body. I am living proof of my beliefs. Stay active, get proper nutrition & find good supplements. Journal of the American Medical Society; June 2002 issue stated: "All doctors should be reccommending to ALL patients, that they take nutritional supplements; as most of the food we can buy is lacking what our bodies need for proper nutrition." Did your doc, tell you that. Look for yourself. |

The 50's are the new 30's !!! Lots and lots of people now in their 50's are taking good care of themselves..and don't look a day over 35. I know several people who are even in their 60's, and don't look a day over 40. So be encouraged folks. Jog every day...eat right....stay positive..and keep GOD FIRST.....and don't loose touch with the child that is in all of us  |
