I picked my girlfriend up after work to grab a few drinks and have dinner. We were trying to settle on a place -- we were both bored of Sacramento -- and she said, "Just get on the freeway and we will decide as we drive". 13 hours later, we found ourselves in Vegas! We got there around 8am, we had breakfast, checked in a hotel, and stayed for 2 days.

Well I got up at 11:00 PM one evening (I was living in Colorado) and I was bored to death. Drove all of the way to South Dakota to see Mount Rushmore. Rented a cabin on the side of a mountain and stayed a week. It was great. Bears were all around and everything. Best time I ever had
