I took the day off! And he knows how busy I am right now, with our graduation taking place on Monday...this is the last day of practice before the big day. Plus I have tons of work to do on my students' memory books still. He knows this. So he really should have called me so I could go to work today if he isn't coming. Trying not to jump to conclusions. And of course, if he does call, I will be nice and hear him out and no go off on him half-cocked. What does "half-cocked" mean, anyway? Some sort of gun-slinger terminology? Can't it also refer to Mr Bobbitt after the incident?  You rock, Sully. (BTW, I'm laughing in question form).

BTW, for the actual answer. For a semi-automatic weapon, there are three positions that the hammer can be situated. Uncocked-as in when it's holstered, half-cocked -when the hammer is halfway back(used as a secondary safety), and cocked-hammer back, used by untrained shooters for an easier trigger squeeze.

BTW, for the actual answer. For a semi-automatic weapon, there are three positions that the hammer can be situated. He finally sent me a text. His mom had to have surgery. He isn't coming this weekend. He'll call me this afternoon.
Am I mean for thinking he should have let me know? Or should I cut him some slack? |

If I had one, I'd give it to my separated husband! He lost his architecture job back in Nov and has not found work of any kind since. This economy sucketh!
