Well at least you are educating us on this. To bad "we as the people" can change some of these laws to have more justice concerning paying taxes. and if the people can change it then what are they waiting for? Unfortunately, most people are too apathetic. You right on the apathy. Include also, the BHOBNers who are so far up there, they can't see light or hear the music. They believe everything the messiah, BHO, says is pure gospel. I can see paying a tax to help support Gov. 10%. Exempt those earning less than $14,000 a year. Get rid of earned income credit and rethink deductions the rich can take. If those in Gov. say they can't work with that, expect their resignation and get ones that can. the best tax rate would be a flat sells tax those that make more spend more thus they would pay more tax if some one makes less than 15k they get a refund equivalent to 80% of the tax rate |

Im my entire life, I have never gotten an income tax RETURN. No matter how much I pay in, I always still owe at the end of the year. Never gotten ANY check, benefits, payments or anything from the government...ever. Yet my brother with full blown epilepsy, who has seizures almost daily, and has for over 30 years, and cannot work for it, cannot get a social security or SSI check. Turned dwn flat every time he's tried. He also got cancer and was so sick from chemo and radiation he couldn't get out of bed....and still couldn't get any help from the government. I know 25 black people (at least) who have jobs and get SSI, Social Security, Welfare, Housing "assistance", etc. Whats wrong with that picture??? So I'm very pissed at our government, especially when I'm writing that huge check. What's wrong with that picture? They are not making enough money to live on if they qualify for welfare and/or housing assistance. Section 8 here is very strict and people have to show income statements quite often. People are allowed to work some hours while on Social Security. I have nothing but respect for those people. They are still trying to work in spite of their problems. |

So I'm very pissed at our government, especially when I'm writing that huge check. Everybody is a cheater. This is how they do it: 1. Overcome standard deduction limitation. (Buy a house, for instance. This will create enough deduction, so that you can start doing itemized return.) 2. Itemize, and deduct everything. Buy a book of suggestion on what you can deduct and deduct it. Remember, that book will do nothing for you, if you do not accomplish step 1. 3. Visit an attorney and let him suggest other things you can spend your money on, so that you can deduct that too. No attorney? An experienced accountant to whom you pay cash will suffice. 4. If you have small side business with losses, think hard before incorporating. Everyone suggest incorporation precisely to make you pay more taxes. Unless there is a big contingent liability in your business, don't incorporate. This way you will deduct you business losses from your other income, not from business profits. 5. Medical expenses. Do not ignore you needs, especially if they can be fulfilled in foreign country. If you do not spend, they will tax it away. 6. Donations. Best regards. |
