Why can't get my IM to work?? when clck on yes, a white box comes up like it is loadng, but never loads. What can do???

Go to your settings and make sure you have it turned on....and the person you are trying reach may not have theirs on either
|

I am having the same problem. My settings are correct however if I click yes nothing happens. If I click no then the box goes away.

Hi, guys. Do you have Flash on your computer? If not, you'll want to download it. Flash is one of the requirements for the IM program.
*edit* If you do already have the Flash program, then you might want to uninstall it and reinstall it. |

How do you get flash? also, i see no icon for me to send im. I don't see it under settings at all.
