I got an email today, out of the blue, from an ex who wasn't exactly the nicest person in the world to know. In this email, he finally got around to apologizing in response to an email i had sent him in tears about a year ago venting how he had been hurting me and the fact that i was officially done. He also mentioned that he heard about my current boyfriend and the fact that i am now in love, and that he wished me all the best.
1. What do you make of that? 2. How would you respond to a random apology email from an ex of yours? |

I'm not sure how I would respond. It would depend if I thought the contents of the letter was sincere, or not.
Why would it take someone a year to respond? That's what I would be curious about....

I had a similar situation, only I had e-mailed him, and asked him to return some important things.. a year later he e-mails me, saying he couldn't find what I was looking for, and how sorry he was for how things ended.
A year! by that point I had moved on.. he was angry when he learned i was getting married... I told him he lost his chance.. lol *laughs* Now I'm divorced.. go figure |
