I just like baking or cooking...It's relaxing to me,an i do it as my profession...but when i'm at home,i also like to bake!
The only thing is! I only want to taste it,an see if any good,an then i take it to work to give away. I just wish they would return the act of giving. So my next project will be? Oreo cream pie 
So maybe i'm just venting in away 
But i wish i could try other peoples food

I generally bake hundred's of cookies for Christmas every year as gifts (and for me, I think cookie monster is modelled after moi
 ). I can bake just about anything, though I have to buy pie crust, as I've never figured out how to make it. Layer cakes are not my strong point but I'm getting better.
And yesterday, I made my first foray into preserves. We went strawberry picking Saturday and picked 20 lbs. We made 9 1/2 pints jars of preserves and I froze a bunch as well
