So do you agree, that we shouldn't eat if we are not hungry, regardless of what time it is or when the last time we ate?

coming from that...also should we eat, if we are hungry, regardless of what time it is or how many times we ate or last time we ate?
its also a sin to overeat, i agree we should eat when were hungry not because everyone says its time

Ideally one should eat a 3 meals a day with a couple of healthy snacks in between meals. I usually don't have the snacks. I only eat 3 meals a day.


And who made that rule? Animals eat whenever they are hungry or able to find food. They got no rules how many times they eat or when. flowerforyou


It helps keep our blood sugar level and that helps keep our energy level up.
nothing would be wrong most of the time with no ones blood sugar if at the start they didnt overeat. blood sugar useaualy progresses over years. some people do have blood sugar from hereditary but most just couldnt control thereselfs

That's not healthy. It'll also cause a person to gain weight.

The more times you eat the faster your metabolism goes, so it's the best to eat as many times you want, but never stuff yourself full. Forget about the breakfast/lunch/dinner thing...just eat when you are hungry and if you aren't, then don't eat.

Everybody's blood sugar level fluctuates throughout the day.

Caffeine brings it way up and drops it lower then what we started with. Sugar does is it too. That's why it's good to not eat empty calories and it's better to eat more nutritious foods.

It's not about hereditary. I'm not talking about diabetes or anything like that.

When our blood sugar level drops, we feel tired. That's why it's good to have a good breakfast in the morning. We fasted all night. That's why it's best to keep it level and eat 3 regular sized meals and 2 snacks per day.

One meal a day doesn't give your brain the fuel it needs. Your body needs fuel too. Blood sugar levels need to be maintained. Pics don't tell the whole story. You would actually be thinner if you ate more too.

when i do eat its hard to get full, i do drink alot of tea and use sugar in my tea but thats the only sugar i use. i dont drink coffee or cake or cookies or sweet tooth i do eat

god did not make any 2 people exactly alike and everybody is different. what works for one person doesent always work for all but doctors always think they know your body better than the person who owns there body. thats also goes with most medical positions and nutritionists they all think there smarter than the person with the body

That's one of the reasons that it's good to eat more meals then one to two each day. You're starved for nutrients and it feels like you can't get enough to eat when you do eat. Your body is trying to make up for what it didn't get throughout the day.

They're not necessarily smarter. They're more educated about how the body works.

That's pretty much what I do also. I have hypolgycemia and this keeps my blood sugar even and helps to maintain weight control.
