ok ladies heres the deal i am incredibly shy around females, im polite and social, but when it comes to asking someone out i can not do it. i really want to overcome this, any ideas??

Are you able to talk to them? If so then Ask them what they like to do with their free time. then find something in there you can use and offer to help them with it. Be attentive and helpful. Offer to change a light bulb or their car oil. You look like you can handle a ratchet so make yourself useful. then offer take them to the race. It seems like this is an important part of your life so she better enjoy the races too or your wasting your time. The best way to break the ice is to get information and use it....
