Why do we walk in this
Road of life
Mile by mile
Strife after strife
Never giving up hope
Yet
Failing to see
The good
The great
Green of the trees
Failing to really feel
The wind blowing in
From the sea
The breeze on our face
Or
The heat from above
Warming our hearts
Yearning to be embraced
