Is this question abot a happier place?

If so.. I just thnk it would be a HAPPIER place, but people would still be imperfect, and full of ****.

The world would become a happier place if everyone just minded their own damn business.

If you believe that if everyone votes, the world becomes a happier place...then I do not believe that to be true, and would question you further as to why you think that...

IMO, People are responsible for their own happiness...others can add to it, and others can help someone with their happiness, although, IMO, happiness is up to the individual person, and it comes from within that person and out to others...

I think it would be a much "better" world if everyone spent 5 minutes each day smiling at others, and doing random acts of kindness....

and neither one of those things have to be voted on!!

If for life the problem is that to each person their part does not match what the others think their part should be, on the general it should be easier (hummmm) but when it comes down to the specific then all hell breaks loose.

If it is for voting (politics) what does it really matter how many votes you still have two choices and 99% of times they are both bad choices.

I agree. Happiness is internal, either you are happy or you are not. Outside influences are only wavers to your happiness, they are not the root of it.

As for voting, if all Americans voted we would have more representative government. The forefathers were sure that all Americans would be thrilled to be a participant in their government. They had no idea that there would be Americans who would shirk this responsibility utilizing excuses to do so.

Actually yes, you can edit your topic title, (provided you do so within an hour of posting) by returning to the first post in the thread, select edit. From there you can edit the subject line and/or body.

If more than an hour has lapsed, you can ask a moderator to edit your topic title for you.
