Yes, it is true. Apparently I had a ticket for expired inspection from 3 years ago that I forgot about and I got pulled over for speeding last night in the town the warrant was in.
 Yep I went and was only there for 20 mins. Anyone else as dumb as me?

So sorry! Glad you didn't stay in for a longer time. I got pulled over three times in one month. I was scarred for life! Ha Ha! I get panic attacks when I see a police car now.

I get a ticket every few years for expired plates, I'm so bad about that. I once got stopped for doing 85 in a 35 zone. I didn't have plates on vehicle, the persona I bought the vehicle from a few days earlier had filled out the title incorrectly and I didn't have insurance. The officer didn't give me any tickets, but would not let me drive home. He told me I would have to park it and call someone to come and get me. I told him I didn't have anyone to call, but he told me if didn't find someone to pick me up, he was going to throw me in jail for the night. I said, "Oh! I just thought of someone!" LOL I went up the next day and got the plates and insurance and the motor burned out on me that same day.
