I miss sharing a bed.

Stealing covers, or sharing the spread.

Hearing one breathing in their sleep.

Murmoring in dreams so deep.

Even snoring is missed around here.

Someone hold within my heart dear.



I miss sharing joke, or a laugh.

Someone considered my other half.

Holding hands, face to face.

Together to say grace.

Walking in the sun.

Someone sharing all the fun.



I miss laying down on the ground.

Observing stars all around.

To sit and gaze as couple, the moon.

To lay in hammock, or to spoon.

Good deed together, our secret that day.

Smiling at one another in that way.



I miss having someone to talk to.

One that never makes you feel blue.

To argue maybe, than to make up.

Each filling thee others cup.

Feeling life beside me.

Love bound, but so free.



I miss love most of all.

Face together any squall.

Life is'nt easy, infact its hard.

Someone who may even be a bard.

If I could share love once more.

I could shove the term "I miss" out the door.
