Kay I know that I'm a young girl and I have like the whole rest of my
life to find love. I get that.

But that doesn't change the fact that I can't seem to have a steady
relationship with guys.

I was in a serious relationship with a guy for almost 2 years, but that
was back in like 2005. Ever since then I haven't been able to keep
anyone. Not that I'm doing anything wrong I don't think, I just... pick
all the wrong ones.

But I've picked the wrongs ones like ever single time! I think that all
the wrong guys attract to me and the right ones are like... not there.

There have been a few that just wanted me for sex and I quickly let them
go. And then there was the one that cheated AND got the girl pregnant.
And there was the one that wanted me to be his girlfriend, but was
always wondering how it would be with all these other girls. I didn't
feel wanted...

I can go on and on with a list of guys and what they did but that would
definetly bore you.

But I'm not a bad person. I treat people nicely, I treat them nicely
and...I just don't deserve the jerks that I always seem to get. Makes me
feel like what's the point of even trying to date them... yano?

Honey, you are beautiful, intellegent and caring, let a relationship
come to you, in my experience, when Im not looking for a relationship,
it finds me and those are the beat kind!!!!

eeday, you are eighteen, and had a 2 year relationship 2 years ago...and
other 'dates'.

I suspect you don't want to hear this, however, be you, learn you, find,
you...explore the world outside boyfriends, whether your galfriends have
them or not.

Learn you, get busy with growing you up some more..study, work,
travel...because the more you know about you, the more you will know
what kind of guy you want in your world.

You are a gift...they get to earn you.

As are guys too, but never at each other's expense.

Respect for you, from you, will soon have the not so great ones
disappear from the radar...

Take your time, you are worth it.

i say try to get to know every guy who seems to have interest in you no
matter any characteristics you spot right off good or bad the only way
to know if the guy is a great guy or not [to you]is to give him the time
of day i've met some really great and interesting people by giving all a
chance to know me that seem to want too and to think i may never have
met some of them if i thought oh ,,,nose is too big or she's too short
or i don't like her hair color or hair style,, and so on

just like the rest have said it will happen in time. If you are
constantly searching for a boyfriend you will find yourself "settling"
for the wrong kinds of guys. Let it come to you and you'll know when
it's right.

And I'm not shallow at all. I don't turn a guy away just because of
looks, because looks aren't everything. Can't try to pick someone to be
with just by looks alone. It's a plus if they have the features I want
but it's not mandatory because I care more about what's inside.

Buut they didn't have good insides.

But I'll do like yall say and wait it out...And not go looking for love
