Topic: Married Vs. Friendship

I would like some input on who thinks a married man should not search
for frienship through networking.

All any suggestions are welcome, and if I have ever shown intentions of
being more than a friend to members of justsayhi...please don't hesitate
to write.

when married your wife should be your best friend.. you shouldn't need
to look anywhere else..

I guess your wife may suspicious because she might prefer to meet your
friends in person rather than for you to converse online with who knows.

You don't have a group of friends you can introduce in person?

I don't see an issue with you being on here looking for friends. You
have always been up front and honest about being married and that you
were only looking for friends. We have other married people on here
too.

I would have an issue with it if you were looking to pick up women, but
you have never ever presented yourself that way.

I welcome you here, but can only speak for myself. Would like to
consider you one of my friends. Take care.

I would agree with lazyj, however because I have talked to you Indiana-
I know your intentions are good and you are truely seeking just
friendship. The only downside to that is sometimes the most innocent
things tun out to be different with no intent!

I have never felt the "need" for more friends while being in
love...which I am assuming you are...or, at least should be if you are
married. I say...something needs to be assessed...in some
fashion...somehow?Self examination....

I agree with nurjoyce.

"The only downside to that is sometimes the most innocent
things tun out to be different with no intent!"

That's why I think the online thing might be suspicious to a mate.

Lazy...

That was very sweet, I agree. If your married, your BEST friend should
be your spouse.

My main intention when coming here was by my fathers "iam4u"
request, since he is always on justsayhi.

I am very happily married and my wife is my best friend.

I am here for my father and any other forums I can give some advice on.
I am in no way looking for single woman. I have the utmost integrity
and ethical values, I will help anyone who needs some advice or just
someone to talk too.

You should give her your username and password. That should kill any
suspicion.

Well your father has my respect, and as do you...assumptions kill
openmindedness and I have just been found guilty in my own court...my
sincerest apologies...

Was that an unfair loaded question?...lol....

I have friends of both genders on and offline and am always interested
in making new friends. This doesn't mean I'm looking for a relationship
or sex or seeking to lure anyone away from their spouse. IMHO, if you
have a good marriage that is founded on love and trust, then you have
nothing to fear from your spouse's friends. Trying to keep someone else
from having friends and making new friends is just a bit too controlling
for my tastes. For years my ex tried to keep me from contacting my old
friends and from making new friends and that (in addition to other
controlling behaviors which I didn't appreciate) is why he's my ex...

My wife and I have a trusting relationship and would never compromise
that. My profile is 100% honest, that should show you where my
intentions are and the kind of honorable person that I am.
