either way is going to hurt if ur nose is broken....
I was told to use a wet Q tip..gently....then a dry one... if ur nasal passage gets dry and crusty..put a little vaz on it and swap the passage.. if u need to get crap out... be like a man...make the crap go in ur throat.... and SPIT...... hope u feel better soon.....like 4-6 weeks...yikes...
