im up like always and well im tired but it can seem to wind down I tried to sleep but I keep thinking..... i think i might curl up with my book about murders in the 1930s always seems to calm me down and send me off to la la land

Starbucks has the double shot at the gas stations that are really good and redbull and nos and the blue full throttle can haha i used to work in a call center,can ya tell

Try a Super B complex vitamin...will do the trick as well....no caffeine jitters that way.
