Be careful when looking up this story. I heard on the news there's a lot of bad websites coming up when you search for the story. I haven't looked it up, so I don't know for sure if it's true, or if they were just trying to get people to go to their site.

Did a google search.. there are no reputable new sites running the story.

The youtube video shows a lot more. It's in Spanish. It has sloth claws on all four legs and more perspective.

I'm curious how it lost its hair. I'm certain the 'alien' angle is BS, but there are still so many unanswered questions.

"Nair" can be a very dangerous thing when it gets into the wrong hands.

We don't know "for sure" that aliens didn't bring Nair to Earth.

Well, I just don't believe this part of the story: "Two young men were having fun on the hill when they saw at the entrance of a cave a creature that was approaching them. They were frightened and stoned it to death."

I haven't seen the video, but the pictures look so much like a fetus to me, I'm wondering if it was a still-born sloth they stumbled upon.

But it could be something really amazing, like a sloth with a rare genetic disorder...or even a sloth with a unique genetic disorder - in other words - A MUTANT SLOTH! (cue dramatic music)
