How are you supposed to hang them if they don't come with any hook's on them?

I've seen double sided sticky stuff work.

Supposed to screw them into the door. It's not my house. Thanks but, I'm not making hole's in the door. They have sticky tack stuff that's supposed to be pretty strong. They also have hooks that you stick to the wall, either with a sticky thing that comes with them or there are some that use a suction cup.
