Dang, cant listen on this computer. I will have to wait until I am home. Looks clever, if the celebs are actually pleding an allegiance to Obama the man, if not,, than the humor loses its value ,,on me at least.

Ok, nice parody. I like the original one though even if two out of the host of celebrities named Obama in their pledge,they were all individuals welcome to make the pledge THEY wanted, over all it was a very positive message that made me smile. I took from it that we should get serious about making a difference. Maybe because I grew up in a time where we pledged allegiance to a PIECE of waving cloth and burning the cloth was illegal, I kind of didnt take his name as anymore literal than I took the oath to a flag. It referred more, to me, about the symbolism behind it and what it represents. ,,,just one more perception, i guess |
