Just do your pizza as in dough and sauce how you usually prepare it but include the follwoing toppings a) sausage b) meat c) pepperoni d) bananna peppers

Isn't A, B and C all the same? Even though, Peperoni might be considered by some as the same catagory as McDonalds as 'meat' goes.
