I always give it... A few weeks ago I was coming out of the bank and a woman hit me up for money... I gave her all the small bills I had which was only $3 but I figure it's better than nothing... I asked her why she needed it, she had a pic of her kids she showed me and said she had lost her job. I took her name and number in case I heard of something for her...
