If someone is begging money and I have it, I give it, what they do with it is on their conscious.

What I do is very simple. If I have the money on me, and see someone, I will stop and get a value meal, or what I can, for the person and give them that. The way I look at it, if they are that short on money then they need food also. And if they are asking for food in order to feed kids, what are THEY eating? They need to eat as well or they will get sick and thnen what happens to the kids? Yes this is inr egards ot hte honest ones looking fr help and not scamming people.

I say take a hike you friggin bum Life is so complex and there is no proof you will not be that " frigging bum " one day due to a mental health issue or an accident....etc . What touches others can touch us any second here on earth . Put yourself in their shoes....after all they are humans just like YOU .

..if i think theyre making money..i break out my tin cup and cut in on their territory..when they tell me i have to leave..i tell them to go away bum..can't you see i'm working here..it's all about one's perspective...

Well I have gave it on more then one occasion and the way I see it if I do it is their money now to do with as they want too. Once you hand it over you no longer have any control or business where it goes,,,,

There is a spot at a local wal mart where these people hang out because there is a lot of traffic. I was there one day and 2 men were holding signs that they needed food. I had no cash on me. I came home and cooked a huge pot of spaghetti and filled up 2 plates and took it back to them. They ate like they hadn't eaten a week. I talked to them. One was quite old and said he got sick, no insurance, missed work and lost his job, had no where to go. The other was younger and said he was a desert storm vet..he was missing a foot..I saw it..had no where to go. It was terribly sad..the older man was very sick, I could see it. I cried the whole way home, wishing I could do more. This makes my heart cry, we never know what people have been through or going through, I just give. Those who who mislead and play on peoples sympathy will answer for it one day!

Depending on circumstances...I'll give, or my preference is to go get a hot meal to deliver or a cold drink in the summer. No judgement. I let the spirit move me.

giving to bums on the street can be dangerous...I generally do not give to bums for this reason...I do give to charities as well as tie my earnings with the church. In addition, I give to those who are in need through the church depending on need...I am talented and skilled man so it is my Christian duty share my time and talents with those who are in need..

I donate my change or at least try to give them $2.00. I always thought GOD would punish me, or if I ended up like them, I would want something in return.
