What is or is not a "delusion" is questionable. I guess you can call any personal experience that has no physical proof or evidence "delusion" if you choose, but it was probably a real experience to the person having it. So you may be getting into another dimension of mind and the decision of what is "real" and what is not "real" comes into play. I have met people who claim to have been abducted, and yes, they appear to be very "confused." (And who wouldn't be?) If it is true, they have messed with his memory-- that would be very confusing. Okay, lets keep this simple, before we compound misunderstanding on misunderstanding, and put more words in other peoples mouths. JB, do you believe that EVERY single person who has reported an alien abduction was actually abducted by aliens? |

As far as alien abductions, there are other theories out there one of them being "mind control drugs" administered as a giant government conspiracy in league with certain black ops military operations, to convince people that aliens do exist and are abducting people (for whatever reasons) and that they are our enemies... "not our friends." Other theories are that all of these people (abductees) are simply delusional, or liars, or have some agenda or motive for making these claims. (What that might be I have no clue.) A few have written books. The number of claims is probably not even accurate because many people refuse to report the incident in fear of being ridiculed and laughed at and made to look "crazy." "Mass hallucination?" How does that work exactly? Since these are individual incidents, there is nothing "mass" about them. Power of suggestion? Is there an army of psychiatrists out there whose job it is to convince people they have been abducted? I doubt that. |

Theories on reasons why:
Why would there be a massive mind control experiment to convince people that aliens exist being conducted by the 'secret' government? Possible clue: The report from Iron Mountain. (declared to be a fraud) states that the only way the world governments can continue to survive is if the people believe that we have a common "enemy" to battle against. World peace would not be possible and war is necessary for economic reasons. So: a long term secret project to convince people there are aliens and they are abducting humans and planning to invade the earth... is hatched as a back up plan in the event of world peace.... which would ruin the world's economic health. But ...This conspiracy theory is more frighting, diobolical, and outlandish than aliens themselves. ![]() ![]() ********************************* Theories on reasons why aliens abduct humans: Depends on the aliens... But the main theory is that they are attempting to develop a human-alien cross breed body to incarnate into. (Yes they believe in incarnation, and a God.) Human bodies evolved from a different galaxy (material) and are superior creatures in some ways to the reptilian nature of the milky-way galaxy aliens. Our solar system was part of another galaxy that was captured and 'adopted' by the milky way a long time ago after a collision. The aliens want to genetically engineer a humanoid cross between them and humans for future incarnations. Just Theories... if you believe in aliens. |

and are superior creatures in some ways to the reptilian nature of the milky-way galaxy aliens. Ha! A gaping mistake, with large, blinking red lights on top. A milky way alien cannot be reptilian; mammals only produce breast milk. So milky way aliens MUST be mammarians. Which, ab ovo (ex ova) cannot be reptilian. |

JB, do you believe that EVERY single person who has reported an alien abduction was actually abducted by aliens? I have no reason to assume that. Fair enough... I'd like to try this one, then: Do you believe that ANY of the people reporting abduction are delusional? I would never call anyone 'delusional' because I am not a doctor. If I did think any of them were truly 'delusional' I would look for a cause of that delusion. I would be more concerned about people who would lie about it that people who might be 'delusional.' For example: I did know one guy who 'saw' and spoke to what he felt were 'demons' and he said that they wanted him to do 'bad things.' He said when he refused they told him he had "broken his agreement with them" and that he would regret it. Shortly thereafter, he died. He was only 35 years old. He was an alcoholic who heard voices in his head and was on medication for that. I inquired to his brother as to the reason for his death and I was told he died of a brain aneurysm. Was he "delusional?" Very possible. He saw things nobody else saw, so I guess you can call that delusional. He had a brain aneurysm. So that may have been the cause. I question anyone who explains things away by labeling people "delusional." I'm sure there are delusional people out there, but I would have to know more about what causes delusions and the definition of that term before I went around explaining things (to myself) by using that label on people. |
