 Why do people beleive that asking for someone to be attractive physically a taboo? Don't we all do it and the ones who say they don't just "hatin" ? Is looks any different than any other God given thing such as brains? I don't care what anyone looks for...personally, I am attracted to intelligence, physical attraction doesn't even slip into my thought process when looking for someone to date. I guess that would make you bi-sexual right?

Looks are always in the eyes of the beholder.For me well groomed is important.Tells me they take pride usually,not always in themselfs,homes,etc...Have you ever looked at a pic, the person is atractive,but the background of the pic..looks like a slob?Or someone who has a profile, states hot, good looking,but no pic???Please what are you hiding??So first impressions truly are lasting impressions in the begining.

Why do people beleive that asking for someone to be attractive physically a taboo? Don't we all do it and the ones who say they don't just "hatin" ? Is looks any different than any other God given thing such as brains? There is a fear some people have about being perceived as shallow and superficial. To avoid that, they will say things like "Looks don't matter" and "It's what's on the inside that counts" in their profiles. They will then jump all over anyone who admits that there really IS a physical aspect to attraction, while simultaneously ignoring anyone who isn't "model quality" themselves. Hypocrisy on steroids. |
