At least once everyday my arm that has my tattoo on it itches like crazy,I scratch it but it just comes back the second i stop scrtaching it! is there a reason why its doing this? should i just keep scratching it or should i leave it alone?

LOL.... leave no stone unturned  Seriously, Wolf19 you need to give more information... how old is the tat...? is that the only place that itches....? when did it start...? Stuff like that. Could have nothing to do with the tat. Winter months causes the skin to dry out more so it could just need some Aloe vera.... |

i have had it for about 2 years and only on my tattoo is where it itches, but it just keeps itching for about 5 min or less

I had this tat when i turned 19 so i had it about 2 years try some heavy duty lotion then if not take a blow torch and try that |

If you keep scratching, you might set up infection.

Be very careful of using lotion. You need to allow the skin to breath. Try using some Neosporin or anti-bacterial cream or Aloe vera on it. How was the tat applied? Is it only certain colors/areas (green?) or the whole tat? Does it have any small bumps? Does it itch more when it gets warm?

Aloe would be best as long as you have no allergies to it..some people do.
