Topic: Why do so many mingle2 users smoke!?

I've seen some really interesting profiles here but, all too often, the person smokes either occasionally or often. I have essentially no tolerance for cigarette smoke. Even days-old residue in clothing can make me feel ill. I believe that less than one in five US adults smoke, so smokers seem to be overrepresented on mingle2. I'm wondering if there is a cofactor worthy of a PhD dissertation!

Hard to break. I feel stupid everytime I light up.

I find it just the opposite. All the one's I like dont smoke and dont want a smoker.

Is this a generalization? Can you have seen all the profiles on here male and female to be able to make the statement in the OP and it be an accurate assessment?

Actually, smokers are more relaxed than your average non smoker. It's a combination of the addiction plus the deep inhaling. Have you ever smoked? I can take people complaining if they have but not from those who never have.
