'The ONE' is guilty of failure or refusal to fulfill the duties of Office,
 criminal negligence,
dereliction of duty,
 and failure to initiate procedures mandated by law, including the Oil Protection Act, in the event of a spill. The question now is: WHO in Congress will be the one with ballz enough to say this ... ?

The Oil Protection Act, among other things, amended Section 311 of the federal Clean Water Act specifies that:

(A) If a discharge, or a substantial threat of a discharge, of oil or a hazardous substance from a vessel, offshore facility, or onshore facility is of such a size or character as to be a substantial threat to the public health or welfare of the United States (including but not limited to fish, shellfish, wildlife, other natural resources, and the public and private beaches and shorelines of the United States), the President shall direct all Federal, State, and private actions to remove the discharge or to mitigate or prevent the threat of the discharge;

much points to Mr Obama believing that our legal code is "optional" - in what we have seen from him so far - yet another impeachable offense?

it's not like he was starting a new country when he got elected....whoa

what part of the constitution has he broken to make him impeachable?(careful here, you have to think about what HE has done alone, his PERSONAL actions,,,which are impeachable )

I appreciate your wanting to help rid our country of the Hussein affliction.

As I was shown;

If Hussein was kicked out of the White house, that would put Pestoci one step closer to bein' in charge. And she hates America worse than O'bummer does.

If Repubs are put into the Senate, they just might play along with the demons.

Let's vote Tea Party Candidates in. They will make sure to keep a tight squeeze on the gonads of Barry S. until his term is up.

The law you cited strikes me as an unconstitutional usurpation of state and local responsibilities. rant
