I see fake boobs the same way I see tattoos, optional body modification. You don't have to like it or agree with it but it's each persons own prerogative. Some people who are all for fake boobs think tattoos are awful, what would you say to those people?

I see no problem with fake boobs if they make that person happy. If you do not like them, that's fine. That doesn't mean no one should get them, though.
