Congrats Zap, such a thing of importance is not too big an interruption.

Philosopher, thanks for your comments. I agree with what you have
said,about who would come to our aid. I guess the more important
question was supposed to have been, how would the citizens of those
countries view their governments sending troops to fight in OUR war. A
war that would inevitably involve death.

And then there's the question of, with us being virtually unable to set
up a new government for all the internal battles and bickering, who
would keep the peace for us 'internally' and what would they ask in
return?

Also, how would other countries feel if they were suddenly asked, not
only to continue their support in already familiar out of country
situations, but also provide support, financially and with medical, and
other necessities to Americans?

And would they fight their governments, if they believed we were being
dealt with unfairly by their governments?

honestly to answer this question you keep posing, i do not think that
any country would come to our aid for the sake of righteousness, helping
humans in need. but rather to come and stem off pieces of a once great
country. furthermore having said that i do not believe that IF anyone
did show up to help that they would be as thoughtful and respectful as
we are, by going out of our way constantly as to not offend the
oppressors.
and lastly- i dont believe that we will ever again be in such a civil
mess as to war amongst ourselves. ive tried to picture it for sake of
your thread and can not see it sorry.
