nothing - except sometimes to nosy people are people who ask inappropriate questions. I am old enough to be of a pre internet generation when personal privacy was highly respected and I STILL respect it. So information that's not ur biz to know- if u ask - ya- I'll prolly lie and u will desrve it

Why not just tell them you don't want to answer? I let people know they can ask what they want, but I can't guarantee I'll answer everything if it gets too personal.
sometimes I do sing me. and sometimes I don't. now u can figure out whether I've told uthe truth cuz, guess what ? Ur questions is an myob, sweets.

In our internet culture we have come so far from respect of the privacy of the other , that people don't even know when they cross that line any more.

Unless one is in a situation that warrants questions, it is rude to ask personal questions of another. period. end of story. And questions asked should be asked in context on a need t oknow basis. And, some questions should not be asked at all, But I was raised with manners. I can't explain manners gained over a lifetime in a paragraph.

so obviously in the context of a dating site -a man with a 10 minute checklist is not going to match well with me - cuz I prolly won't answer. If he cant take the time to get to know me to discover if I meet his criteria, I will not beinterested. but that's justme. It's my expectation. namasteflowerforyou

You just made me realize that I have to check my hair color listed.. I used to be blonde highlighted, then blonde,

IndnPrncs, you are way too smart to pass as a blonde.

Just joking. Not all blondes are dumb. I met a smart blonde once. She is on the "Endangered Species" list.

Watch it! Considering most blondes aren't naturally blonde, its really the other hair colors that are or play dumb, since they're the ones usually coloring their hair to blonde.
I so agree!! It is the "fake" blondes that have given up the "dumb" rep!

I have to agree. Where is the logic in the
act of a dark-haired woman dying her hair blonde?

I have always had white-blond hair from my father.
My mother had jet black hair.
So when I was about 14, she said let's dye your
hair black to match mine!
Well we did. It lasted about a week then I could
not stand it any longer it looked so..awful.
Your skin tones need to match to make it all
look right.
I had to have it professionally redone.
LMAO. When I was 16 I got so tired of people calling me "Blondie" that I dyed my hair dark brown. It looked awful but I didn't care!

"Blondie" is the name of the hottest-looking woman in the comic-strip world. "Blondie" is also the name of a music group with a hot-looking female singer. So what is wrong with a woman being called "Blondie"?

Remember, you posted on a public forum online. That's why I asked. If you want someone to "myob" you may want to refrain from posting about it here.

I think both comments are quite subjective.. I don't play dumb nor am I dumb, I do however like whatever hair color I feel like having whether it's blonde, black or brown.. I've even had red.. I do what I like not what people interpret is intelligence by their opinions...

I get what you're saying. You should never have to answer questions you're uncomfortable with. Some people don't think at all before asking things, either. So I understand what you mean.
