I do love how he blasts corporate america for the lavish traveling and spending but he turns around and travels like a king. he is a PRESIDENT,,, does corporate america have their face plastered all over the world media as representative of American policy? would the murder of a corporate american cause WAR? The point is his trip there is rather extravagant. Not saying he shouldn't go there and nowhere in this thread did anyone say that, but he is taking a large group of people with him. I think he still fancies himself the rock star he was a year and a 1/2 ago. where is the PROOF of how his travel will be any different than the travel of PRESIDENTS in general on such trips? Well a 2000+ person entourage and booking several hotels is the proof right there. ok, thats like saying seeing lights in the sky is PROOF of UFO's do you have a SOURCE that gives the information about where he is staying or how many rooms or their cost(information I would surely expect to be confidential EVEN for those in India) or how that COMPARES to what is STANDARD for a president? why would the indians lie? are they not journalists too...?...lol I have also posted the factcheck and politifact reviews of this SINGLE article from INDIA,,, but many ignore that too what is fact check? they ask the politicians that work for obama? the news people in India are world renown for their honesty and integrity...what is our government known for? TELLING LIES!!!...think about it.... Did I say the 200 million a day is true? Nope. But it sure isn't cheap. Especially sending an advance team over there to remove all the coconuts. Imagine that poor Secret Service Agent who spent 4-8 years in college then another 6 months to a year at FLETC who got stuck with that job.

There were a few when she went to Brazil or whatever country that was with, when the Secret Service shut down the entire beach and even went swimming with her daughter(somehow I don't think doing that you can provide adequit protection, but since Obama uses them like babysitters it must be ok). Several media outlets AND an Indian Official approvied the removal of the coconuts so Obama wouldn't knock himself in the head at the memorial. Personally I would have loved to see that.

Either way, a waste of Secret Service manpower when there are actual threats they need to check out when at the very least it should be some low level White House person who did that(if they really needed to do it in the first place). |
