That I shouldn't reject my emotions just for the sake of image or appearance. I should accept them before I push away the one I love forever.

The whole existence is in love: trees love the earth, the earth loves the trees -- otherwise, how they can exist together? Who will withhold them?

All is love, and love is all. From the crudest to the supreme-most, from the rock to the God, it is love... many layers, many steps, many degrees, but it is love & the first one is always special....Forget about the love in return.
Your love alone is sufficient..Its memories.. how you've experienced it...

I learned to NEVER put a woman's needs before my own. By doing so you become her doormat and she cannot respect a doormat.

Your first love should be learning to love yourself.
You cannot find it anywhere else and nobody is going to give it to you.
Others who seek love from outside themselves for fulfillment will never find it, and all too often drain the one who gave all they had to them. In the long run, they're still destitute and continue on an ocean without any rudder or wind in their sails.

I learned that when you are @ your lowest point because a man has hurt you...the only thing to heal your hurt is a rebound! =) Even if temporary, the attention from someone else keeps you from wanting, needing or missing his sorry self. lol
